Terms of sale.
Version 1.0 · Effective 16 July 2026
These terms govern every purchase from ICM Gaming, Iskandar Puteri, Johor, Malaysia. Placing an order means you accept them.
1. These terms
"We", "us" and "ICM Gaming" mean ICM Gaming of Iskandar Puteri, Johor, Malaysia. These terms apply to all orders placed through this site, together with the returns and refunds policy, shipping page and privacy notice. We may update these terms; the version and effective date above tell you which one you're reading, and orders are governed by the version in force when they were placed.
2. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when your payment is confirmed - by Stripe for card, FPX and GrabPay, or when we match your manual transfer. Until then no contract exists, and we may cancel any order and refund it in full, including where a listing carried a pricing or stock error.
3. Pricing
All prices are in Malaysian ringgit (MYR) and may change at any time without notice; the price at the moment you place your order is the price you pay. Obvious pricing mistakes are corrected when found, and orders placed against a mistaken price may be cancelled and refunded in full under clause 2.
4. Payment
We accept FPX online banking, Visa and Mastercard, and GrabPay, processed by Stripe, plus manual DuitNow or bank transfer. Stock is held for you while payment is pending, within these windows:
- Card, FPX and GrabPay: the checkout session holds stock for 2 hours.
- Manual DuitNow or bank transfer: the order holds stock for 24 hours.
- Filing a payment claim on a manual-transfer order extends its hold by a further 48 hours while we match the transfer.
Orders still unpaid when their hold lapses are cancelled and the stock is released. Transfers received after cancellation are refunded.
5. Condition and grading
Condition grading on raw cards is subjective. Listings state our honest assessment against the definitions published on the FAQ, and photos of singles and slabs are of the actual item sold. For graded slabs, the condition is the grade on the label as assigned by PSA, BGS or CGC; light scratches on the case itself are possible and are not defects. Reasonable difference of opinion on a raw card's condition is not a misdescription.
6. Pre-orders
Pre-order payment secures your allocation, and pre-orders ship release week. Release dates are set by publishers and may move; if a date moves, your allocation stands. Pre-order cancellation is governed by the returns and refunds policy: full refund up until release week, as store credit or to the original payment method.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by the returns and refunds policy. In brief: unopened sealed product within 7 days at your shipping cost; singles and slabs only for material misdescription; no returns on opened sealed product; damage on arrival claimed within 48 hours with unboxing photos or video. Refunds go to the original payment method; amounts paid by gift card return to that gift card, and amounts paid from store credit return to your credit balance.
8. Buylist and trade-ins
Buylist quotes are valid for 7 days from issue. Quoted items are inspected on arrival and must match the description they were quoted against; items that don't are re-quoted, and you may accept the new quote or have the items returned. Payout is store credit at the quoted value plus a 10% bonus, or cash at the quoted value.
9. Gift cards
Gift cards do not expire and are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash. A gift card is redeemed by whoever presents its code, so keep the code safe.
10. Store credit and points
Loyalty points are earned on paid orders, have no cash value and can be converted to store credit from your account. Points earned on an order are removed if that order is refunded. Store credit - converted from points or issued through refunds, gift cards or buylist payouts - does not expire, is applied at checkout, and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
11. Liability
Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including market movement in card prices. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
